Join me & Kim LeClaire for a nourishing evening designed to help you unwind, release tension, and return to a grounded state. Begin with gentle movement and calming breath work to prepare the body and mind for a guided deep relaxation, yoga nidra, accompanied by a sound bath.
Yoga Nidra, often known as “yogic sleep,” is a guided relaxation practiced while fully supported in shavasana. You’ll be led into a state of deep rest with a soothing sound bath, where the body can rest and the mind can reset.
This practice has been clinically shown to help reduce stress and anxiety, support better sleep, ease chronic pain, and promote overall well-being.
No yoga experience is necessary. Dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
