Autumn Awakening: Movement, Breath, & Sound
@ Pinnacle Yoga
Join me and Kim LeClaire for a nourishing afternoon of mindful movement, breathwork, and sound healing. Together we’ll move the body, connect with the breath, and unwind to the soothing vibrations of singing bowls.
I’ll will guide you through an intelligently sequenced flow designed to support the immune and digestive systems during the fall season. As the practice slows, Kim will lead three Kriya breath techniques to awaken and cleanse the body, mind, and spirit. We’ll then move into deep rest as I offer a guided Yoga Nidra in shavasana, accompanied by Kim’s calming sound bath. The afternoon will close with a short meditation to seal the experience.
Leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready to embrace the season ahead.

Yoga Basics Series

Curious about yoga and don’t know where to start? Or are you a seasoned yogi looking for a refresher of the basics?
Join me for a three-part series designed to build a strong foundation in yoga. We’ll explore what yoga is and how to practice it safely, giving you the basics that you’ll need to succeed. In this series we’ll cover the essentials - from foundational postures and safe alignment, to the history and benefits of yoga, along with breathing, relaxation, and meditation techniques. Each class will build on the last with time for questions and expert guidance.
You’ll leave feeling confident in your practice and ready to begin a home practice or step into regular group classes with comfort and ease.
This workshop is perfect for beginners, anyone returning to yoga, or seasoned practitioners wanting to refresh their foundation.

Nervous System Reset
@ Pinnacle Yoga
Join me for an afternoon of deep nourishment designed to unwind and restore your nervous system. In a world where chronic stress is becoming increasingly common, this workshop offers a space to slow down and reset through intentional yoga practices.
Together, we’ll explore gentle, science-supported yogic techniques shown to reduce stress and promote relaxation in both body and mind. Our time will include:
Breathwork (Pranayama): Breathing exercises to calm the mind
Yin Yoga: Passive holds in postures that ground the body and create space for stillness
Yoga Nidra: A guided deep relaxation in shavasana to regulate your nervous system
Guided Meditation: A meditation to integrate and close the practice
Each element is thoughtfully curated to support your parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s natural rest-and-digest mode. You'll leave feeling centered, spacious, and deeply restored.
No prior yoga experience necessary. Mats and props will be provided.
