Monthly All Levels Flow on Zoom

This class is a mixture of held postures and flow with a focus on alignment and breath. Each class will incorporate breath work and a short meditation.

Expect a rejuvenating class that will leave you feeling refreshed and calm. You’ll build heat and fire up the body, breath, and spirit.

Modifications will be given throughout class, making this class accessible to a wide range of practitioners.

Weekly Vinyasa/Yin @ Pinnacle
Tuesdays - 5:30-6:45pm

This class is the perfect balance of dynamic movement and deep, restorative stretching. Begin with an invigorating vinyasa flow, where breath and movement synchronize to raise your heart rate, activate your body, and release the tension of your day. As you transition into the latter part of the practice, we slow down with passive, sustained holds in familiar asana postures, allowing the body to unwind and the mind to settle. Each pose is held for 2 to 5 minutes, giving you the time to cultivate mindfulness, release deeper layers of tension, and tap into a profound sense of relaxation.

Perfect for those seeking a balanced practice that incorporates both energizing movement and restorative stillness.
