Why work with me?

For the past 15 years, I've devoted my life to the practices of Yoga and Zen Buddhism, and the last decade honing my skills as a yoga and meditation teacher. I've used the tools from these traditions to transform my own life and have supported countless others on theirs.

Everything I share with my clients comes from both years of study and my own lived experience. I've used these practices to navigate chronic pain, illness, anxiety, severe panic attacks, grief, and major life transitions. I teach not only what I've studied, but what I've lived.

Yoga and Buddhism have shaped the person and teacher I am today, and it brings me great joy to share the gifts of these ancient traditions with others.
